- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪November 2015, we had just moved to the area and my cat Tony had a urinary blockage on a Saturday morning. I googled the nearest vet and called Market Place. Even though we were a new patient, they got us in immediately. The doctor and his staff are phenomenal, super professional, and explain everything in detail. While in the waiting room, I talked to a woman who moved away from El Dorado Hills but still travels from downtown Sacramento because they are such a great facility. 3 weeks ago, Tony had dry skin and was scratching himself raw on his neck. I called asking if it was ok to give him fish oil. Dr. Frace got on the phone immediately and we discussed his symptoms. He explained to me how to care for his sore spot and what to look out for in case it was more serious. He checked to make sure he had the fish oil in stock and told me to come and pick it up.
